When a man suffers, he ought not to say: That's bad! That's bad! Nothing that G-d imposes on man is bad. But it is all right to say: That's bitter. For among medicines, there are some that are made with bitter herbs.
It is not good for a person to eat and drink, and think that all this comes to him as a result of his efforts.
It is better to have less if it is a peace of mind, than to have abundant wealth but with a tormented split.
The world is in serious trouble...
