Halacha Yomis
November 28, 2024
One of Rabbi Moshes (Rabbi Moshe of Kobryn) chassidim was very poor. He complained to the tzaddik that his wretched circumstances were an obstacle to his learning and praying. In this day and age, said R. Moshe, the greatest devotion... consists in accepting the world exactly as it happens to be.
R. Nachman (of Breslov) once told me: You have faith, but have no faith in yourself... The main lesson here is that you must have faith in yourself. You must believe you are precious in the G-d's eyes. The fact that every single individual is important to Him is a measure of G-d's goodness.
The world is in serious trouble...
We can try to help it by collectively saying the entire sefer Tehillim daily. Click the link to select one or more to participate.
Please sign up to say a portion of Tehillim daily.
We are trying to have the whole Sefer Tehillim said daily as a z'chus for the safety of the Jews in Eretz Yisroel.
